Off to a Flying Start!

Having good ideas is one thing, but implementing them is often more difficult.

You might recognize this: frustration about why certain things sometimes take so long. It is often not only annoying, but sometimes also simply harmful. The cause is often not easy to pinpoint.

For product software something similar is the matter. Time to market is crucial. An idea seldom comes only to one person at the same time, and a head start is ever so quickly gone again. Also here the reasons for failure to achieve the necessary time to market, or retaining product leadership are often complex.
